Can you provide information about the platform, server, uptime, security and data integrity?
Most of the processing occurs on the server side. There are a few client components that require Java or scripting enabled. The server is MS SQL Server 2005 on HP hardware. The data for each client resides in a separate database. Our security and business continuity plan are reviewed annually by an outside firm on an opposite six month schedule (documentation available upon request)

Can we just use our existing PCs or do we need to purchase special hardware?
You can use existing PC’s or Macs. You will need scripting (or Java) enabled to run some functions.

What browsers are supported?
The application has been tested most extensively on Internet Explorer on the PC platform and Safari on the Mac. The site is accessible with other browsers—we can confirm compatibility with other browsers as requested.
