Describe the conversion approach.
FUNDRIVER has an organized and structured conversion process. In many
circumstances, the conversion process can be completed in as little as 1
or 2 days. The FUNDRIVER team works closely with you to ensure a smooth
process.

Describe the training required and proposed
approach to training.
Training is performed via a desktop-sharing session that is included
in the setup costs. FUNDRIVER is designed to be simple and intuitive to
use, so that most users quickly feel comfortable on their own.
Support is included in your quarterly access fee.

What is the typical implementation schedule?
How long does it take and what is involved?
The biggest variable is the time to load the setup grid because it depends
on how organized the information is coming in to the process. If everything
is reasonably organized, it should take one person less than a day. At a
minimum, you will need the balances as of the last fiscal year-end.
This would be a typical setup timeline for a basic installation
1. Load setup grid - About 1 day (Client time)
2. Convert into FUNDRIVER - About 1 Day (FUNDRIVER Time)
3. First Posting and training - About 2 or 4 hours (Together)
For a more complex installation, with a high level of customization including
GL interfaces, implementation can take as long as 6 weeks, although
time required by the client is less than a week, spread over the implementation
time.

What if not all of our assets have been unitized?
That is not a problem; FUNDRIVER will do the initial unitization for
you. We would typically require your last audited balances. FUNDRIVER will
preserve units if you already have them.
